Cewal in Italy was originally formed in 1955 to produce a bimetal oven thermometer which is currently still in production. The product range has continuously developed from a single product to the comprehensive range that can be viewed on the web-site product pages.
Cewal S.p.A. manufactures and operates from a 4500m ² modern factory 20km from Venice. Annual sales of around €10 million are exported to over 50 countries world wide.
Many standard products are produced for sale into many distributor networks and also to OEM specifications for companies such as Bosch, Riello, Ferroli, MTS, BP, SHELL, AWE and the M.O.D.
Cewal UK Ltd was appointed the official and exclusive distributors of Cewal S.p.A. products for the United Kingdom in April 1990.
Success supplying the hydraulic, pneumatic industries generated the need for a fully equipped workshop, calibration room and equipment. To accommodate these new facilities, a move to our current premises was made in September 1995.
The addition of new product ranges specific to the Process and HVAC industries, coupled with a continued growth led us to acquire the adjacent unit in June 1998.
Cewal UK Ltd carry large stocks of all products shown with a product code. Specials are made to order with competitive prices and lead times.
Testing and certification of standard instruments on many occasions are turned round same day but usually within maximum 1 or 2 working days. If turn-round time is critical, please pre-book.
