These may include red lines, coloured sectors, logo and / or company name or unusual scales or combination of scales.

Calibration certificates can be supplied on customer gauges and / or on new gauges supplied. These can be Standard Certificates, Point to Point Certificates, UKAS Traceable Certificates or Full UKAS Calibration depending on customer requirements. All certification is traceable to National Standards.

We also offer a full re-calibration and repair service although in many cases it can be more economical to replace rather than repair.

Test plugs are screwed into a welded BSP socket, threaded boss, threaded pipe tee, valve or vessel. Using either a probe fitted to a pressure gauge or probe thermometer, pressure and temperature can be easily measured without isolating or shutting down any part of the system. Flow rate can also be established with two test plugs either side of an item or equipment with a known pressure loss / flow rate. Pressure differential is used to determine flow rate.

Available in brass or stainless steel in various thread sizes with thermometers, probes and pressure gauges to suit.
